Ok then. ;-) How about if a person has no credit history? We all know that he/she cannot get one. So in what typical transaction one can make a credit in order to apply for a credit card?

Well if a person does not have a credit history that is some what better than having bad credit. But the best thing to do is talk to a bank representative to resolve that issue, of course it's really up to the bank to decide.
